Audi is a great vehicle that rolls out the Performance models with skill. This is evident in the Audi RS6 Avant and the RS7, as you can see new Performance trim with even more power and other new adjustments. The twin-turbo 4.0-liter V-8 engine allows for around 621 horsepower with 627 pound-feet of torque, which in itself is an increase above the past model’s 591 horsepower and 590 pound-feet of torque.

So what are the stats?

There are brand-new 22-inch wheels that happen to be wrapped in 285-width Continental Sport Contact 7 tires. Audi speaks about how these tires can give off more grip and even that the new wheels tend to lessen the unsprang weight with about 44 pounds overall. There tends to be revisions to the center differential with tweaked programming for the drive modes with efficiency, Auto, Comfort and Dynamic with customizable RS1 and RS2 modes.

The grunt power arrives in the form of big turbochargers with even more boost. Audi thinks that this could make the cars about 0.2 seconds faster in the rush to about 62 miles per hour. Within testing, the RS6 will reset to 60 miles per hour in only 3.1 seconds while the RS7 will do so in only 3.0 seconds. Which can allow for some much-needed improvement on the numbers after strapping test equipment to upgraded models. The Performance models also happen to be 18 pounds more light, with many thanks to Audi getting rid of the sound deadening. More engine noises will in turn enter the cabin.

Audi comes out with the Performance of these RS6 / RS7 models with a huge boosts in power and torque, while with the power of chassis upgrades and visual tweaks.

There’s even the twin-turbocharged 4.0-liter V-8 engine, which now can make 621 horsepower and 627 pound-feet of torque. It all ups the 30 horsepower and 37 pound-feet compared with other versions.

The latest matte colors to come around include Ascardi Blue and Dew Silver, with exterior trim pieces to finish in matte.

On the inside, the Performance models allow such customization, like blue contrasting stitching, blue seatbelts, and other blue accents.

Audi hasn’t been able to release pricing for 2024 RS6 Avant Performance and RS7 Performance with expectations to hold a price premium above the current starting prices of $119,995 for the RS6 and the $122,995 for the RS7. Audi comes with models that will come in the United States for the 2024 model year.
